Associate Project Manager — requirements gathering, content coordination and delivery.
The challenge
Healthcare content carries regulatory weight and very little tolerance for ambiguity. Patients need to reach the right department quickly, and every claim on the page has to be defensible.
How we approached it
Service structure came first: departments and specialities were mapped before any visual work, so a patient reaches the right clinic in as few steps as possible. Clinical review happened before build rather than after, which kept revision cycles short and avoided rewriting finished pages.
The outcome
A clear Arabic-language presence covering the group's specialities, clinical team and patient services, built to standards a regulated provider can stand behind.
